How your data is stored

Contact form submissions are stored securely in the website’s administration system so I can manage and respond to enquiries. They are also sent to me by email as a notification.

Email copies may remain in my mailbox and my email provider’s backups according to their settings. I use trusted service providers to run the website, store submissions, and deliver email. They process data only to provide those services to me, under appropriate agreements where required.

I do not sell your personal data.

How long I keep data

Contact form submissions stored in the website are kept for up to 730 days (approximately 24 months) from the date you submit the form, after which they are automatically deleted. This period may be adjusted in the site configuration; if it changes materially, this policy will be updated.

Email copies and records related to an active project or legal/accounting obligation may be kept longer where necessary.

Your rights

You may ask me to delete a contact form submission before the automatic retention period ends. Use the contact details below.
