I was lucky to work with Ben at the Clean Cooling Network, where his software development skills and collaborative nature made projects easy, fruitful and user need-orientated. He truly took the time to understand requirements, build out systems and components that work and provide further ideas for current and future projects.

For example, for the new website project, he supported with the full Sulu CMS redesign and associated webspaces (such as the Members Portal and Talent Search), creating new components, new page types and shared navigation. He created a library of components for ease of use too, and provided training to the team for best practice. It was an immense help and helped guide page creation too.

I was also impressed with the work he did on the application registration system - allowing lecturers and support staff to review course applications and track course activity. He created a reliable system that improves upon the original and is built to last.

What's more, he has a vast knowledge of frontend and backend technologies - such as PHP, Symfony, Sulu CMS, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript - and was always looking to learn more. His knowledge and skill set was highly valued in the team, as was his helpful and kind nature. Any company would be lucky to have Ben in their team and I'd recommend him to anyone.
